Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis and insightful commentary
- Oversee sales tax compliance and quarterly tax filings for multiple entities
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with CFOs to develop budget forecasts and cash flow projections
- Lead month-end closing processes with accurate journal entries and adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-entity portfolios
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions
- Deep knowledge of GAAP principles and Tennessee tax regulations
- Proven track record of managing complex reconciliations and financial reporting
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
