Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance for corporate clients
- Develop and implement financial controls to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews and tax filings
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations (CA experience a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills for client interactions
- Proven experience with financial reporting and audits
