Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate account balances
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audit processes and documentation
- Implement internal controls and process improvements
- Support tax compliance and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to start within 1-2 weeks
