Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure SOX compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Develop financial models for forecasting and strategic planning
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple client portfolios
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
