Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Lead budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting
- Coordinate internal/external audits and implement process improvements
- Develop financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience leading cross-functional financial projects
