Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle of accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow) in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and corporate audits.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics to support executive decision-making.
- Review and approve accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
