Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and review complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate smooth annual audits and tax filings
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies
- Lead cross-departmental projects to optimize financial workflows
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
