- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Develop financial reports for executive stakeholders
- Manage tax preparation and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of federal tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Experience with multi-state compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in financial reporting and analysis
