Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with strict attention to accuracy
- Manage complex general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Develop and maintain internal financial controls
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with SOX compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
