Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and ensure timely filing.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow and budgeting processes.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
