Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP and industry standards
- Lead internal audit processes and ensure regulatory compliance for diverse client portfolios
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, tax planning, and process optimization
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in financial reporting, audits, and compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and accounting software platforms
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in financial modeling and forecasting
