Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and optimization opportunities
- Prepare and review complex journal entries, ensuring GAAP compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits
- Implement and improve internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and cash flow management
- Generate executive dashboards and KPI reports for strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven ability to manage month-end closes with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
- Experience with multi-state tax filings and audit preparation
