Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Coordinate annual audits and tax compliance documentation
- Develop and implement internal controls for financial systems
- Lead month-end closing processes with journal entries reconciliations
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA a plus)
- Demonstrated experience with GAAP and tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
