Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany accounts.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
