Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
