Responsibilities

- Conduct complex reconciliations for bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Develop and implement internal financial controls and compliance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and audit preparation
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
