Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with precision
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare detailed financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and federal/state regulations
- Conduct account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or advanced Excel
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with month-end and year-end close procedures
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
