Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis for diverse industry clients
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with strict accuracy standards
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with audit teams and provide supporting documentation
- Develop customized financial reporting solutions for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public or corporate finance teams
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel functions
- Proven track record of managing multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for client/stakeholder interactions
