Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with variance analysis
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals during compliance reviews
- Lead financial forecasting and budgeting initiatives for departmental heads
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance and regulatory requirements
