- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes with strict compliance controls
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive leadership
- Implement and optimize internal controls for SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Streamline accounting workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Support external audits and tax preparation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP and IFRS standards
- Expertise in NetSuite/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of managing month-end closes for high-volume transactions
