Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with precision
- Manage complex reconciliations across bank accounts and ledgers
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and audits
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent with 3+ years post-qualification experience
- Expert knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS standards
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and SAP systems
- Proven experience in multi-currency accounting environments
