- Oversee payroll processing and compliance with UK tax regulations
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead month-end closing processes with timely submission
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent UK accounting certification
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in UK financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Xero and SAP accounting systems
