Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts for 15+ corporate clients
- Lead end-to-end month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and statutory filings
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth decisions
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent UK accounting certification
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in practice or industry
- Advanced proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Proven expertise in UK tax legislation and compliance
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
