- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and tax documents
- Lead month-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with investment teams to optimize portfolio performance
- Train junior accountants on financial software and best practices
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and Excel
