Responsibilities
- Manage Financial Operations: Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Compliance & Audits: Assist in the preparation of financial audits and ensure all regulatory compliance requirements are met.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
