Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile multi-company accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for executive review
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 50+ employees
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with auditors and provide comprehensive documentation during reviews
- Optimize accounting workflows using advanced QuickBooks Enterprise features
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and trends
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 5+ years of progressive bookkeeping experience with high-volume transactions
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing complex multi-entity accounting
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial forecasting
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring accounting staff
