Responsibilities
- Analyze credit applications and financial statements to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for loan committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with senior analysts to learn industry-standard credit evaluation methodologies
- Support the development of internal credit policies and procedures
- Document all credit analysis activities accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial analysis skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
