Responsibilities
- Prepare individual and business tax returns using ProSeries software
- Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary tax information
- Stay updated on federal/state tax law changes through monthly training
- Assist senior associates with tax research and compliance tasks
- Collaborate with team to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain client confidentiality and data security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
