  • Prepare and file state and federal tax returns, ensuring full compliance with current regulations.
  • Lead the audit preparation process, coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.

  • Train and mentor junior accounting staff on best practices and software usage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not mandatory for senior-level candidates with significant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience in a professional services or corporate environment.
