Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for clients
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and tax compliance
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure regulatory adherence
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or private sector
