Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger
- Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and compliance procedures
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes for departmental initiatives
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for data management and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP standards and tax compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international reporting
