Responsibilities
- Process high-volume vendor invoices and expense reports within 48-hour SLA
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with general ledger monthly
- Manage vendor inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies
- Optimize invoice approval workflows using SAP
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Implement process improvements for AP efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- CPA or AP certification a plus
- Proven experience with high-volume processing
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
