Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial statements and reports
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support month-end/quarter-end closing procedures during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on weekend financial operations
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and weekend transaction review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
