Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain the general ledger with precision.
- Support the budget preparation process and assist in forecasting financial performance.
- Prepare detailed financial reports for management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience (CPA certification is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, auditing, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
