Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
