Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and tax provisions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Perform internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and analyze financial reports to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
