Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end monthly and annual financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, including bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance analysis, and budgets to support senior management decision-making.
- Assist in external audits and internal controls reviews to mitigate financial risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and regulatory compliance reports.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
