Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform complex bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master’s degree or CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
