Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Develop financial models and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews and ensure audit readiness
- Optimize accounting workflows and implement process improvements
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Lead special projects including budget forecasting and cost analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
