As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, managing complex accounts, and providing strategic insights to drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate journal entries and month-end close procedures.
- Assist in the budgeting process and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Support external audits and tax preparation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
