Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely and accurate filing with federal and state authorities.
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis is preferred.
- CPA certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
