Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and reconciliation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior management and support budget preparation.
- Maintain accurate records for accounts payable and receivable to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
