Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries to ensure data accuracy.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing for the week.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports with high precision.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Process payroll data and ensure tax compliance is met for the period.
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel to maintain organized digital records.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding account inquiries and statements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies quickly.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak weekend hours.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) is mandatory.
