Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process weekly and monthly payroll for night shift staff accurately.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
- Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Assist with tax preparation and quarterly audits.
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation for audits.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and expense reporting verification.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in accounting or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
