Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data and reconciliations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and vendor management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial audits and tax documentation.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA certification or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
