Responsibilities
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.Assist in the annual budgeting process and prepare variance analyses.Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns with the IRS and state authorities.Support external and internal audits by providing requested documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA, CMA, or similar certification is highly preferred.Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
