Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Process accounts payable/receivable during night shift hours
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Manage payroll processing for 150+ employees
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Implement process improvements for night shift efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and SAP systems
- Expertise in multi-currency transactions and reconciliations
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of night shift operational protocols
