In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounting cycle, including month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review complex general ledger reconciliations and financial statements in compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed insights to management regarding budget vs. actual performance.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Assist in the annual audit process by preparing supporting schedules and documentation for external auditors.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- CPA certification or CPA candidacy is strongly preferred.
- 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
