Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all general ledger accounts are accurately maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual audit and tax filings.
- Streamline internal financial controls and improve reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
