In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity of our financial reporting, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards, and providing leadership during the month-end close process.

Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and variance reports for executive stakeholders.
- Manage general ledger activities, perform account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure optimal cash flow management.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
